How to reach Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumkur

Bus: Frequent buses are available to Tumkur from the KSRTC (Majestic) Bus Stand from Bangalore (Every 5 mins). Alight at the SIT stop one and half hours later. Alternatively alight at the Tumkur Bus Stand, autos, local buses (No. 201) are easily available to SIT. Train: Trains are available intermittently from Bangalore station. Kindly refer the train schedules for the timings. From the Tumkur station, autos are available to SIT. Taxis: Taxis can be hired from Bangalore to SIT, Tumkur. However, due to the frequency of buses and trains available, this mode of transport is not really recommended to the participants, especially the students. Air: Nearest airport is the Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL).
